This website: No analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no cookies. Fonts, styles, scripts and images are served from this domain only, and this page lists everyone who still sees anything on our behalf.
Who processes information for us: A short list, because a static site does not need many hands. Google Cloud runs the server this site is deployed on (Cloud Run), so its ordinary request logs — which can include your IP address — pass through Google's infrastructure under Google's own commitments. A pilot application submitted through this site is sent to a second Cloud Run service in that same Google Cloud project, which stores it in Cloud Storage; nobody outside ProxyPay has access, and no third party or analytics provider ever sees it. The same Google Cloud project holds application data behind the product (Cloud SQL) and the keys that protect it (Cloud KMS) once a merchant is live, encrypted and under our instructions, not sold or read for Google's own purposes. Operator sign-in to ProxyPay's dashboard runs on Google Identity Platform, which authenticates the person, not the merchant's customers. None of these providers sees a customer's wallet, name or purchase.
If you contact us: A pilot application or an email gives us your name, address, company and whatever you choose to write. We use it to evaluate and answer, and we keep it while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period after. A pilot application is read by ProxyPay staff only, directly from where it is stored — it does not pass through any other product or company.
We do not sell anything about you: No personal information from this site is sold, rented or shared for advertising.
What ProxyPay software carries: A payment request deliberately excludes customer identity, contact details, loyalty identifiers, item or basket data, memos and receipt identifiers. Those are prohibited fields in the format, not conventions. ProxyPay holds no customer keys and no customer funds, and ProxyPay itself does not perform identity or business verification (KYC/KYB) — that is carried out by the merchant's own exchange or off-ramp provider, under that provider's policy.
Public ledger data is different: Stablecoin payments settle on the public Solana network, which ProxyPay watches to confirm a request but has no ownership stake in, no agreement with, and no ability to direct. Amounts, addresses and timestamps written there are visible to anyone, permanently, and nobody — including us — can delete or anonymise them. This is a property of the network, not a choice we make.
Support diagnostics: If you send a diagnostic report through the product, you see every field, its purpose and its recipients before it is sent, and a deletion date travels with it. Access to a support record is logged as who, when and which scope — never its contents.
Cross-company sharing: The footer of every page names the wallet company that shares ownership with ours. Information does not flow freely between the two. Any handoff is limited to a public display reference and, where needed, a public transaction signature, for a named purpose with a fixed deletion date.
Your choices: Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, by writing to legal@proxypay.app. Where the law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
Children: This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes: This page is revised as the product becomes real. The date at the top moves when it is.
